how could i benefit from a reading?
During an Akashic Record reading you have the chance to converse with your self on a soul level. I like to refer to it as: Your Highest Self Hotline. Through out the course of your life, you take on a persona based on what you feel is acceptable to the world around you. Your true nature is often distorted in the process. During a reading, that adopted conditioning, is gently lifted and what is revealed is the truth of who you really are, on a soul level. This connection and the information that comes through can be incredibly insightful and liberating.

What types of questions are best to ask?
Open ended questions will result in open ended answers. It’s best to be specific. Yes or no questions will not get you very far. You can ask questions on all aspects of life—what kind of clarity are you seeking? You can ask anything in regard to business, career, health, family and parenting, to speaking with loved ones who have crossed over. Once you have booked your session I will send you an email with further instruction on how to prepare for the reading and offer examples of questions you could ask.

Yes, on many levels. During a reading you have the ability to shed light on the current blocks and restrictions you are experiencing in your reality. You can ask why they are there?, what are they there to teach you?, and ask for guidance on how to take action that will clear them from your field. Doing this will energetically update your soul’s blueprint and reestablish a trajectory for you to complete your soul’s mission in the highest potential timeline available to you. This kind of clarity is transformative on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. For these reasons, as a life coach, it is my favorite form of intuitive offering.
